Being banned/blocked

If you didn't follow the DA Wiki rules or general Wikia rules you probably got blocked. If it was a local block and you want to appeal it you can leave a message on the admin's talk page or send this group a note. You are not guaranteed to be unblocked.

If it was a global ban, we can't help you!

PErsonal information

There is a very thin line between what should and shouldn't be on the wiki. We try not to include a lot of personal details and focus more on the DeviantArt side. However, sometimes personal information is important (education, job and so on). If your article has personal information you are not happy with please see deletions section of this journal.

Deletions

Deleting articles (or parts of it) is a sensitive action. If it's not done correctly you can get your account (and ip) easily banned and the article restored to its previous version (the one before any removing actions took place).

First, if you see an article that you think should be deleted we advise you to use the talk pages for further discussion with the community about this.

If the page is about you and you are not happy with the details on it please contact an admin on the wiki or send a note to the group and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that we won't be deleting whole articles, we will only remove sensitive (personal) information from your page and will take actions so there would not be any personal information in the future.
